Yes, as an attorney, it's appropriate that they should have the opportunity to further their education.
When will there be a market for DUI Victim Defense? It looks like NEVER!

DUI drivers have rights.

The victim should have rights too.
Well, I guess I did.
I had the right to go to the trauma center.
I had the right to pay all the bills both DUI drivers that hit me in less than 7 months caused.
I still have the right to pay the bills that continue to come in.
I also have the right to deal with the injuries those uninsured DUI drivers caused for the rest of my life.
I have the right to deal with the bad credit they caused me, preventing me from refinancing my home to lower the payments.
I have the right to sit quietly in court at their every court date.
I have the right to NOT BE HEARD when the DUI driver accepts a plea bargain rather than going to trial.
I have the right to have to get all documentation together if I ever expect to see one dime out of these people.
I have the right to have to go on antidepressents due to these situations.
I have the right to create more bills by going to massage, therapy, physical therapy, etc...
I have the right to repay my auto insurance company for all PIP (auto medical coverage) payments they made for me if I get ANY kind of a settlement.
I have the right to repay my medical insurance company for all wreck-related medical costs they paid for if I get ANY kind of a settlement.
I have the right to deal with PTSD for however long it haunts me.
I have the right to live with nightmares.

Wow, the victim sure has a lot of rights!
