About Pure & Unedited
For photos scanned from film prints: No dodging and burning, and please use good judgment about how much darkroom work is too much. Between that and the need to compensate for scanner quality, this is a place that is probably easiest to participate in with digital.
Please, no added borders.
If you want to weigh in on how much is too much - or what's really essential - with film prints or slides, please participate in one of the threads. Thanks!

Oh, we've seen the wonders that Photoshop and even Picasa can create. We know that those beautiful, yet completely unrealistic skies are pleasing to the eye, and that those crazy composites that would make the government question you about cloning are all so cool.
But really folks, let's bring it back to reality (at least in this group).
We all love a little PS from time to time, but there is something especially wonderful about a pure, unedited photo.
Post your best here, and share in the old-fashioned glory.
