About Under The Level Visual street interventions and online resources to raise awareness about New Orleans post-Katrina and the vulnerability of New York City to rising sea levels. By showing projected damage to local neighborhoods in Manhattan and Brooklyn, and comparing that to devastated areas of New Orleans, Under The Level aims to encourage residents of NYC to understand what still needs to be done to help recovery efforts in New Orleans.
