There's lots of help threads on flickr central if you have a little search, but the simple answer is to go to your photo in your photostream and look at the little icons across the top of it. One should say 'send to group' - click it and you'll get a list of the groups you're in. Select the group you want to add it to and voila.

as long as it's with a view to uncluttering it or getting feedback! Although one person's clutter can be another's tidy ;)
I don't know why I answered this as I'm not an admin but I suspect that's the correct answer...
