This group was created to bring together the best true macro photos posted on Flickr.
Will be considered true macro shots when the magnification ratio is greater than or equal to 1:1. That is, the subject size on the sensor (or film) must be equal to or greater than the actual subject.
Note: Our preference is for images of animals, other macro will only be accepted if the picture is really special.
WARNING: ALL IMAGES THAT DO NOT FIT THE PURPOSE OF THE GROUP ARE EXCLUDED.
