About Tried and Tested Recipes

I'm starting this group to share recipes with my cousins/friends who keep asking me for recipes!! However, anyone is welcome to join. If you think you can contribute with the types of recipes we have here, feel free to send me a request. : )
Basically this a place to share favourite recipes that you've made over and over again because they are just too good!
Mostly, Indian/Chinese and (Indian tasting) English stuff too ;-) (‘coz I am Indian after all). Fast, delicious, easy to make recipes are what i am personally hoping to find from other members here : ) Everyday stuff like curries, quick pizza/sub/sandwiches, and also special dishes and desserts are welcome!
Guidelines
1) Please create a separate post for every new recipe that you want to share with the name of the dish as the subject.
2) Photos are not necessary but if you do take one, please do post it with the name of the dish.
3) Comments and tips for a particular recipe from other members should be posted as replies to that recipe. General tips can be started as a new topic.
4) If (or should i say when?!!) you make a recipe from here and love it, be sure to reply to the original post and tell us all about it! Also feel free to tell us if you made any changes to the recipe to make it better so we can all us them too : )
5) Please note the name of the group ‘Tried and Tested Recipes’, so you may only post recipes for dishes you have made at least once!
6) Sorry for all these rules, I just want to make this group easy to use. : )
Thanks!
Enjoy and Bon-appetit!
