About Trailwalker UK 2009

Trailwalker UK is a challenging team walk that took place on 18/19 July across the South Downs, raising money for Oxfam and the Ghurka Welfare Trust.

Four people, one goal, 100 kilometres, 30 hours.

480 teams of four attempted the Trailwalker challenge and 1513 people crossed the finish line. The fastest team, Queen's Gurkha Engineer's Team 2, completed the track in an incredible 10 hours and 44 minutes.

Well done to everyone who took part and thank you for helping to make Trailwalker UK a huge success.
