philipgmayer (a group admin) says: 17 Mar 09 - Hello, and welcome to Toxteth, Liverpool. We're not going to be too strict about the boundary of Toxteth Park, but it follows (roughly) Upper Parliament Street, Smithdown Road, Penny Lane, and across to Aigburth Vale, then down to Otterspool. 50 members so far, which makes us the largest of Flickr's Liverpool District groups.
