About TOPSoccer The Outreach Program for Soccer (TOPSoccer) is a US Youth Soccer program to allow youth with a variety of disabilities to play in an organized soccer program. The programs are run by individual state governing associations and soccer clubs. This group is for photos of any TOPSoccer activities: practices, games, players, buddies, volunteers, etc. Please keep it Kidsafe. Please don't list any children's names at all and don't list practice and game sites until after the season is over.	Additional Information This is a public group. Members can post 10 things to the pool each day.
