About Top 20 Clouds (public)
A group for "Top 20 clouds", there are two groups already but they are both private ones. All members are made moderators so they can delete photos when those number more than 20.
About Top 20 Doors
Welcome to the FLICKR Top 20 System! The Top20 groups are self-moderated. In the spirit of sharing and cooperation, every participant is an Admin or Moderator. Please review the guidelines carefully:
1- Anyone can post without invitation, but ONLY 1 PHOTO AT A TIME - or they will be deleted first!
2- Add our group tag "top 20 clouds (public)" to all the pictures from the pool, to remember what you've posted and to be archived in our permanent slide-show.
3- Only Admins and Moderators can delete photos from the pool, so if you have just joined, please wait until you are promoted (you will not be able to delete until done so). When you'll have the appropriate status (Admin or Moderator), a little [X] sign will appear under the photos in the pool. To delete one, click that [X] sign under the worst photo - but please view them enlarged first!
4- NO MORE THAN 20 PHOTOS IN THE POOL AT ANY GIVEN TIME. Any photos that make the pool 21 or more will be deleted (excepting the invited ones)!
5- When you send a photo to this group, you must also choose and remove another one from the pool, whichever you least like - to keep only the best 20. If there are less than 20, do not delete any!
6- Before you remove the oldest photo, remember to copy and paste the following notification:
Congratulations! Your photo has made it to the end in <a href="http://www.flickr.com/groups/853985@N21/'>Top 20 Clouds (public)</a>.
Please post it to our <a href="http://www.flickr.com/groups/topclouds/discuss/72157607285715517/"> Photos that make it to #20 spot </a> (small size).
7- After your photo is removed from the pool, you can send another one to see how far it goes or if it lasts until the end. Please do not post the same photo again sooner than a month from deletion date!
8- Admins should review the members list often and promote the newbies to Admins or Moderators. Always check if their stream has available photos, preferably on topic (clouds) - to make sure you don't promote someone who wants to harm the group for fun.
9- Keep it SFW (safe for workplaces) - nothing offensive or provocative, please!
