Welcome to the FLICKR Top20 system and thank you for joining this group and sharing your photos! Please scroll down to read the rules!.

I love the change of seasons, the different colors, the different light, the different weather conditions... Further more I like the Top 20 group system because of it's manageable number and a continual change of images in the group.

That's the reason why I started 4 brandnew Top 20 groups and this group is about WINTERTIME. So show us the best what you see or you can do in WINTERTIME!

The Top20 groups are self-moderated. In the spirit of sharing and cooperation, everyone has ADMIN rights. Please review the guidelines carefully.

1- Add this tag to all posted shots: top20wintertime. Only when tagged properly we can see all wintertime pics ever posted (even when they are deleted meanwhile) in our Wintertime Archive.

2- This is an open group. Everyone here has ADMIN or MODERATOR status. This means first of all that you're able to delete photos.

3- If you've just joined us, please be patient until someone promotes you to ADMIN status. Only Admins/Moderators will be able to delete.

4- Anyone can post - but ONLY 1 PHOTO, PER USER in the pool at the same time.

5- NO MORE THAN 20 PHOTOS IN THE POOL, AT ANY GIVEN TIME. If you upload one, you must delete one. If you aren't able to delete a photo (with the small "x" under the pic) then you don't have the authorization. Please wait with posting until you are promoted. The admins watch the members list very regularly, so you should get the authorization within a short time. Keep an eye on the number of photos in the pool, if there are less than 20 photos in the pool, you should not delete any.

6- If you're Admin, please review the Members List often, and promote new members.

a) From the main page, click the "members" link (where you can see the number of members)
b) Click on "manage members" link
c) Go to "Promote Me!s"
d) Click the "promote" link listed next to any newbies that are shown and chose "Moderator" at first.

7- Make use of the group pool discussion board! Reply to, or start new threads and check regularly for replies!
