About Top 20 Tallinn

This group follows the well-known self-moderated Flickr-patented Top 20 system. The only requirement for your pictures is that they should be taken in Tallinn, and reflect the spirit of this city.

Everybody is a Moderator! That means that you should keep up in promoting all new members to that level.

There should be only 20 photos at any given time. If there are 20 pictures and you upload a new one, then delete one from the pool. If there are less than 20 pictures, do not delete any. Once a picture is deleted, do not add it again to the pool.

Please, add a top20tallinn tag to any picture uploaded to this group.
