About Top 20 Spiders
Welcome to the FLICKR Top 20 System! The Top 20 groups are self-moderated and based on trust. Please read these guidelines:
1. Our goal is to keep this pool at only 20 best spider shots. Shortly after joining our group you will receive a Moderator or Admin status, to be able to delete. If promoted to Admin, you must also promote new members to Moderators.
In order to prevent this group from being vandalized or ending up private like many others, please do not promote directly to Admin unless you know and really trust a member.
2. If we already have 20 pictures, before adding yours or approving another you must delete one that you least like from the pool - the new addition should be better. After your picture is removed, you can send another one to see how far it goes or try again with the same photo - but only after a couple of weeks from deletion.
3. If you comment a photo from this pool, please add our link/code to credit the group and let the photographer know where you've found them:

Photos with at least one comment from a Top 20 group - may it be the invitation, congratulation or just the link - can be posted in Top 20 Everlasting.
4. Always check the oldest surviving picture (from the bottom end of our pool) to copy & paste the following notification:
Congratulations! Your spider survived until the end in Top 20 Spiders.
Please post it to <a href="http://www.flickr.com/groups/top20spidersandwebs/discuss/72157602130089445/">Enduring Spiders (Hall of Fame)</a>.

5. When you discover a great spider shot outside our pool (search here), just copy & paste in the comment box the following invitation:
You are invited to send this picture to <a href="http://flickr.com/groups/top20spidersandwebs/">Top 20 Spiders</a>.

6. You can also invite your contacts to the group - the more, the merrier.
7. Add our tag top20spiders to the favorite pictures from the pool to be included in our SlideShow.
