У нас в группе приветствуются фотографии, которые можно назвать "Русскими". Возможно, для каждого из нас за этим словом скрывается что-то особенное, давайте поделимся здесь своим представлением о том, что же значит "русская фотография".

Поскольку количество фотографий в группе всегда 20, то чтобы опубликовать у нас свою фотографию, Вам нужно удалить одну из имеющихся. Обязательно (!!!) оставьте small size той фотографии, которую Вы удалили здесь !

Если Вы вступили в нашу группу, но Вас все еще не сделали Модератором, то скажите нам об этом тут !

Photos that can clearly be defined as Russian are welcome here. Submissions that do not easily fall into this category do not belong in this pool and will be removed.

Before posting to the pool, read on...

Welcome to the FLICKR Top20 system. The Top20 groups are self-moderated. In the spirit of sharing and cooperation, everyone is an ADMIN. Please review the guidelines carefully.

1- Add this tag to all posted shots: "top20russia".

2- This is an open group. Everyone here has ADMIN status. Please review the Members List often, and promote new members by clicking on the Manage Members link. If you've just joined us, please be patient until someone promotes you. If you've not been promoted to admin status within 24 hours, feel free to post to the appropriate discussion thread to draw attention to your status.

3- Anyone can post - but ONLY 1 PHOTO, PER USER in the pool at any given time. If you have more than one picture in the pool YOUR PHOTOS WILL BE DELETED EXCEPT FOR ONE!!!
Once deleted, don't post the same picture again.

4- All members can delete. If you have just joined, wait until you are promoted to ADMIN (you will not be able to delete until done so).

5- NO MORE THAN 20 PHOTOS IN THE POOL, AT ANY GIVEN TIME. If you upload one, you must delete one. The photo that you delete should be the one that LEAST appeals to you. Keep an eye on the number of total photos, if there are less than 20 photos in the pool, you should not delete any.

6- Again, review the member list often and promote new members whenever possible.
You do this as follows:
a)From the main page, click the Administration link (right side)
b)Click on "Members" link
c)Click the "Promote" button listed next to any newbies that are shown.
d)Briefly check the prospective member before promoting. If they have no (or very few) photos, do not give them admin status without careful consideration.

7- Make use of the group pool discussion board! Reply to, or start new threads and check regularly for replies!

8- Please view and comment on others' photos as often as possible. You are here to share your photos, and gain them a bit of exposure, right? Return the favor by paying some attention to the photos that you like in the pool, and let them know it was viewed on "top20russia" by placing that tagline below your comment.
