About Top 20 Romania

I would like to create a new group, containing the top 20 pictures about Romania. I have two options:

- follow the Top 20 system (presented bellow)
- invite only system (based on invitation and judgments of some professional photographs)

Please make any observation and I waif your opinions


Welcome to the FLICKR Top20 system. The Top20 groups are self-moderated. In the spirit of sharing and cooperation, everyone is an ADMIN. Please review the guidelines carefully.

1- Add this tag to all posted shots: " top20romania "

2- This is an open group. Everyone here has ADMIN status. Please review the Members List often, and promote new members by clicking on the Manage Members link. If you've just joined us, please be patient until someone promotes you.

3- Anyone can post - but ONLY 1 PHOTO PER USER in the pool at any time. If you have more then one picture in the pool YOUR PHOTOS WILL BE DELETED!!!

4- All members can delete. If you have just joined, wait until you are promoted to ADMIN (you will not be able to delete until done so).

5- NO MORE THAN 20 PHOTOS IN THE POOL, AT ANY GIVEN TIME. If you upload one, you must delete one. Keep an eye on the number of photos in the pool, if there are less than 20 photos in the pool, you should not delete any.

6- Review the member list often, as a member you must promote new members.
You do this as follows (directions):
a)From the main page, click the Administration link (right side)
b)Click on "Members" link
c)Click the "Promote" button listed next to any "newbies" that are shown.

7- Make use of the group pool discussion board! Reply to, or start new threads and check regularly for replies!
