10 Aug 09 - Hello! This is Robert Swier, an new Admin for Top 20 Japan. I'm going to make a few changes to the group to bring a little life back to this corner of Flickr. As a first step, I'm removing all images currently in the pool so that we can start with some new material. Please feel free to post your own top images of Japan. Remember: we only allow 20 images in the pool, so please try to keep the quality high!

GUIDELINES:

1) We are looking for quality images of Japan. You can only post your own images. The images must have been taken inside of Japan, and must somehow "say" Japan.

2) The old limit of one (1) photo per person has been removed. Feel free to post more than one image!

3) After you post a photo, if there are more than 20 images in the pool, please remove the worst images until the number goes back down to 20. If there are less than 20 images in the pool, don't remove anything.

4) Leave a constructive comment on any image you remove from the pool. Basically, explain what is good or bad about the image, and say why you are removing it.

5) The old restriction on only "safe" images has also been removed. You may now post "moderate" images, including images that contain moderate nudity.
