THE HDR TOP 20 GUIDELINES:

1. This is a public group where each person is granted administrative powers. There may be a lag time between when you join and when you gain the power to delete. Any full member can promote any new member by clicking on the "members" link and the "manage members" link and promoting the new people. Anyone who knows how to do this is asked to help with the promotion of new members. Thanks.

2. Anyone can delete. And you must.

3. No more than 20 photos in the pool. When you post a photo delete a photo to keep the pool at 20. Sometimes the pool goes a little over or under 20. That's OK. It will sort itself out.

4. If there are FEWER than 20 posts in the pool, ADD but DON'T DELETE.

5. Once you add a photo, PLEASE comment on the 3 ahead of you. If you delete a photo, add it to the "DELETE THREAD" and post a comment in the thread as to why you are deleting it.

(FYI: Before deleting, you might want to click on the photo and get the code so you can post it in the delete thread).

The point of this is to learn from each other and get better in our HDR's.

6. Just one entry per person at any one time. If you have more than one picture in the pool YOUR PHOTOS WILL BE DELETED EXCEPT FOR ONE !!! Once deleted, don't post the same picture again.

7. Please add this tag to all posted shots so we can review our submissions and continue to enjoy them long into the future: "TOP20HDR".

8. Please post photos with at least 3 exposures.

9. Leave posts, or message me with questions, concerns or advice.

Post the following comment as a notification for photos that make it to the bottom of the pool:
