09 Sep 08 - Remember to delete a photo when you add one. The goal is that there are never more than 20 photos, nor more than 1 photo per user, in the pool at any one time. In addition, please ensure that you give an honest appraisal of your photo and that it is indeed better than the one you are deleting. If it is not, then don't post it.

About Top 20 Hawaii

Welcome to the FLICKR Top20 system. The Top20 groups are self-moderated. In the spirit of sharing and cooperation, everyone is an ADMIN. Please review the guidelines carefully:

Top 20 Hawaii - The goal here is to have the absolutely best shots of the island's scenes and day-to-day life.

1- Add this tag to all posted photos: " top20hawaii "

2- Everyone here is a Member (Admin).

3- Anyone can post - but ONLY 1 PHOTO PER USER in the pool at any time. If you have more then one picture in the pool YOUR PHOTOS WILL BE DELETED EXCEPT FOR ONE!

4- All members can delete. If you are a newbie, wait to post until you are promoted to an Admin, then you can delete.

5- Always 20 Photos in the pool, no more, no less. If there are more than 20, one must be deleted.

6- Keep your eye on the pool, if there are fewer than 20, you should not delete any.

7- Look at the members list often, as a member you must promote the newbies.
