About Top 20 Friendship
Welcome to Flickr Top20 system. The Top20 groups are self-moderated and in the spirit of sharing and cooperation, everyone is an ADMIN or MODERATOR
I've seen lots of Top 20 groups here at Flickr and think they are fun and interesting. So here is one for Friendship. The friendship can be between friends, family, pets (even plants if you consider them a friend!) the main rule is that it has to be about Friendship.
1. This is an open group. Everyone here has ADMIN or MODERATOR status. This means first of all that you're able to delete photos and secondly alter the group status so please be careful with your powers.
2. If you've just joined us, please be patient until someone promotes you to at least MODERATOR status. Only Admins/Moderators will be able to delete.
3. Anyone can post - but ONLY 1 PHOTO, PER USER in the pool at the same time.
4. NO MORE THAN 20 PHOTOS IN THE POOL, AT THE SAME TIME. If you upload one, you must delete one. If you aren't able to delete a photo (with the small "x" under the pic) then you don't have the authorization. Please wait with posting until you are promoted. The admins watch the members list very regularly, so you should get the authorization within a short time. Keep an eye on the number of photos in the pool, if there are less than 20 photos in the pool, you should not delete any.
5. If you're an Admin, please review the Members List often, and promote new members.
a) From the main page, click the "members" link (where you can see the number of members)
b) Click on "manage members" link
c) Go to "Promote Me!s"
d) Click the "promote" link listed next to any newbies that are shown and chose "Moderator" at first.
6. Please add the tag "top20friendship". Only when tagged properly we can see all friendship photos ever posted (even when they have been deleted) in the archive.
7. Please note this is a safe family groups, no form of pornography or nudeness please. Anyone caught doing this will have their photo removed and be warned after that if they repeat offend they will be banned.
