About Top 20 Finland
Top 20 Finland is a collection of the 20 most exceptional Finland photos on Flickr.
Top 20 Finland Guidelines
1* Since the objective of Top 20 Finland is the display 20 beautiful Finland images at all times, all photos in the Pool that are not from Finland will be removed.
2* As this is a 'Top 20' group, there must never be more than 20 photos in the Pool at once!
3* For every image you post, you must remove your least favorite from the Pool, unless there is less than 20 photos!
4* But before you post, you must wait until you are promoted to an admin. You can't remove other people's photos if you're a regular member.
5* To remove an image, press the small 'X' under the photo of choice.
6* In order for this system to function, please check up on the list of members to see if anyone needs promoting. If people do, click "promote" next to their names.
7* Tag all submissions 'top20finland'.
8* Play fair and enjoy!
