About The Top 20 Dogs (post 1 remove 1) Take out your least fave!!!

This group will allow only quality photos of dogs.
Only 20 photo's allowed in main pool at all times.

Photos will go through a " Que ", before entering main pool.
This will allow admins to:
1)- validate your membership (you have to be a member to post images into group).
2)- to promote your status to moderator.

All new memberships will be validated before their image is allowed in group.
