The place to showcase your efforts to apply art effects, photo filters, color shifting or lomo techniques to your images. All rules for Top 20 groups apply.

THE USUAL TOP 20 GUIDELINES:

1. This is a public group where each person is granted administrative powers. There may be a lag time between when you join and when you gain the power to delete. Any full member can promote any new member by clicking on the "members" link and the "manage members" link and promoting the new people. Anyone who knows how to do this is asked to help with the promotion of new members. Thanks.

2. Anyone can delete. And you must.

3. No more than 20 photos in the pool. When you post a photo delete a photo to keep the pool at 20. Sometimes the pool goes a little over or under 20. That's OK. It will sort itself out.

4. If there are fewer than 20 posts in the pool, add but don't delete.

5. Just one entry per person at any one time. Can't imagine that any of us is so talented that he or she deserves 2 photos at once! If you have more than one picture in the pool YOUR PHOTOS WILL BE DELETED EXCEPT FOR ONE !!! Once deleted, don't post the same picture again.

6. Please add this tag to all posted shots so we can review our submissions and continue to enjoy them long into the future: top20artfx.

7. There's a one-shot-per-day limit on posts.

8. Add your favorites to the hall of fame: HALL OF FAME GUIDLINES: Don't add yourself; add as many photos as you want, whenever you want; don't remove.

9. QUICK DELETION: Add a photo -- one of your own! -- to the QUICK DELETION area if you think it got deleted too fast.

10. Leave posts, or message me with questions, concerns or advice.

11. Don't be surprised if the pool drops to 10 or 12 shots at times; there's a person out there who joins Top 20 groups just for the pleasure of madly deleting photos for their own secret pleasure. Just repost old photos or add new but DO NOT go on and on about "Why is this happening?" It's just a fact of life in these groups, and the more we fume over it the more satisfaction we bring to the mad deleter.
