About Tools of the Trade
Every "job" needs tools. Some may just need the creativity or talent of the person doing the job, but those qualities are, indeed, the tools required for the task at hand.
This group is for sharing compositions related to tools, particularly those for a specific task. Not just random collections of hammers or lawn mowers rotting in some warehouse, but a collection of tools (or just a single one) that in some way shows that they're valued, used by experts, and intended for a particular task.
You'll know what I mean when you take the shot. Suddenly, it'll dawn on you - this is what Smythe is meaning by that.
