About Learning Commons 2008 Photo Contest

Eligibility
Photo contest is open to all students of Fort Hays State University.

Theme for photography contest
"Dare to Dream"

Entry Deadline
Wednesday, Feb. 29th by 5:00pm
Photos must appear in the pool to be considered.

Rules
1.Pictures may not be altered or enhanced past red-eye reduction and cropping.
2.Pictures may be in black and white, sepia tones, or color.
3.Pictures must include Photo Title, short description/caption that tells how the photo fits the theme, student name and major and added to the group pool.
4.You may use any type of camera. Cameras may be borrowed from the Technology Learning Commons, located in Forsyth Library.
5.Participants may enter a maximum of three photographs, but only one photo may win a prize.
6.Pictures must be submitted to the Flickr account pool by Feb. 29 at 5:00pm for judging.
7. A panel of faculty judges will narrow the field.
8.The student body will vote for the winner the week of March 10-14th in the Union. Winners will be announced on the Learning Commons Website www.fhsu.edu/tlc
9.Inappropriate content will be disqualified!!
