About Shooting Through Glass
The title explains the mechanics of the group, but being any photo can be taken through a window, let’s limit the group to pictures that are influenced by the glass’s color or distortive, refractive or reflective qualities. In other words, photos that are unique, interesting and creative.
Without being too heavy-handed, here are some guidelines:
1) Please post no more than 2 per day so folks’ pictures will stay on that front page a little longer.
2) Please add the tag STG.
3) Routine photoshopping is allowed–i.e., cropping, contrast and slight color adjustments, but photos should be more or less how they were taken.
El título explica la mecánica del grupo, pero ya que cualquier foto se puede tomar a través de una ventana, vamos limitar al grupo a fotografías que estén influenciadas por el color, la distorsión, o las calidades de reflexión del cristal; es decir, fotos que sean únicas, interesantes y creativas.
Sin pretender ser demasiado severos, marcamos algunas pautas:
1) No cuelguen más de 2 fotos por día, de modo que los trabajos de los miembros del grupo permanezcan en la página delantera por más tiempo.
2) Añadir el tag STG
3) Se permite el Photoshop -cortes, contraste y ajustes leves de color- pero el resultado debe ser muy próximo al original.
