We should really have a master list of all the different monthly build themes. Kind of like an official AFOL annual schedule :)

Except Tanktember sounds a little too vague. Marchikoma can instantly be attributed to a Tachikoma whilst Tanktember could be attributed to any old tank. >.<

Yeah I was planning on having it again this year. Although I was thinking this time I would do just a monthly build challenge for MOCs in the MaK aesthetic, and then have an overlapping contest with a more specific subject. Whether that is going to be starfighters again or mecha/hardsuits is still up in the air.

How about including all thinktanks made since the beginning of this group? This is the first iteration of the event, and a lot of great tanks have been made in spirit of marchicoma, as proudlove has stated.

I prefer the current name as well. Almost all varieties of Think Tanks end in "chikoma" ("Tachikoma", "Fuchikoma",and "Uchikoma") so Marchikoma makes sense to me...

For the next iteration of marchicoma, it might be better to step away from the frontal look for the map. The shape of the tachicoma lends itself better for a view where the side is visible, like a 30 degree angle or something.
