About They Dont Build Them Like They Used To

This group is dedicated to architecture and other objects that can now be considering old, classic, retro or vintage.

It is hard to set an end date of such a wide spectrum of styles, so please when posting think to yourself ' would I consider this an old style, something that isn't made anymore'.

In some countries buildings can be listed or preserved this means that these buildings can not be demolished or altered without government permission.

In England there are over 300,000 Listed Buildings
