About The Unconventional Kid
Anything but ordinary.
Ever notice how many cutesy-wootsy kid groups are floating around Flickr? (NOT that there's anything wrong with that - I myself post in a few ;)) Lately, I have noticed a serious lack of the less conventional kid portraits... Perhaps because there is no single place for them to gather...? Hmmmm... Well either way - now there is.
In case all this sounds too vague - a good guideline would be to only post those images which you feel don't quite fit into the conventional cutesy kid groups. They must be different, at least a step or two from the ordinary. They might border on creepy, they might border on weird - some of them might even make the conventional Flickr parents shudder at the mere sight of them... ;)) Some of them might make one think a little deeper, some might make them laugh out loud... They might make one ponder their existance, or even send chills down their spine... Or perhaps - just perhaps - they simply look friggin' cool, unique, and somehow visually engaging - drivel above disregarded :-P
Either way - come one, come all! A place for the unconventional... Anything but ordinary!

Please use your discretion and judgment when posting - although offbeat, it is a group dedicated to children - so let's keep it tasteful.
Post as much as you wish, but try to give back a little too;
Interaction is highly encouraged - please don't just dump n' run - there are a lot of great images to be seen, and photographers to discover... Communication is key!! :))
