About The Structural Artists

The Structural Artists is a group that has been created to promote collaborative architectural and engineering design. For this reason, the group showcases examples of projects and ideas which embrace this mutually beneficial approach.

Created and by the founding members and developers of thestructuralartists.com, on a basis of existing training and passion, we wish to use the group to share inspirational works with anyone interested in interdisciplinary design. The group (and associated website) also provides users a chance to share their personal enthusiasms through discussion and networking opportunities - so they themselves can make their ideas reach more people.

The built environment is constantly changing. Because of this, ongoing training is paramount to designers. This can be made possible by pulling together the knowledge of others involved in the design process to serve as a resource – furthering industrial growth and individual knowledge.

Primary Aims:

• Showcase work which celebrates the relationship between architecture and engineering.
• Facilitate discussion for collaborative design
• Provide networking opportunities

Users may add anything that they feel demonstrates work of multi-disciplinary merit.

To help stimulate discussion, we would appreciate it if you would add the name of the project and your reasons for its' interest.
