About THE SECRET PAPR
In 2004, eSeL, Monochrom and Teichenberg drafted a paper on Hybrid Cultures for Ars Electronica, which nowadays is widely referred to as THE SECRET PAPR. Because of its arcane status - the original has been lost unfortunately - only a lucky few have seen this document with their own eyes. The attempt of this group is to collect and publish bits and pieces of THE SECRET PAPR to completely restore our sunken common knowledge about the foundational groundworks of Vienna's young net culture scene, gathering 'round the most notorious mailinglist NetzNetz.
