About The Second Life Picture Contest

Welcome to The Second Life Picture Contest Group.

Each week there is a themed picture contest.

To enter you must submit your picture into the group pool for approval to be added to this group, after submitting your picture you must then pay 100L$ to TheSLPictureContest Resident avatar in second life, once receiving your payment your picture will be confirmed and added to the group pool.

On Monday of each week a theme will be announced in both this flickr group and in world group, please search and join “The Second Life Picture Contest” group in world, pictures are to be submitted from Monday to Friday. On Saturday and Sunday the pictures will be judged by 6 judges, all well known photographers – Winner Will be announced on the Monday along with the new theme.

The Judges are:

Cade Nansen - Cade’s Stream
Kallisto Destiny - Kallisto’s Stream
Ponyo Kozlov - Ponyo’s Stream
Nancy Deimatov - Nancy’s Stream
Digital Nitro - Digital’s Stream
Lara Ubert - Lara’s Stream

Each winner will win an amount of Lindens based on the amount of entries (guaranteed L$1000, no matter how many people enter the contest the prize will be at least this amount). The more people that enter, the prize will increase. This amount will be announced on the Friday after all entries have been received.
