About the "perfect" shot

Are you a perfectionist? Do you strive to get it right, all the way right, every item in its place, every ray of light falling exactly where it looks the most drop dead gorgeous? The moments when you succeed (if even possible), someone will squeak aloud and say, "Perfect! Holy applesauce, this image is flawless!" Put em here.

Similar to the "Stunning" group (and yes yes, there will be occasional overlap) the photos here must be commented by someone else with the actual words "perfect" or "perfection" as applied to the image AS A WHOLE, not an element of the image. If someone gives you the over the top compliment of saying your work in general is perfect, toss that in too!

What counts:
"This is perfect!"
"As close to perfection as is possible."
"Perfect image/shot/scene/frame!"

What doesn\'t count:
"That cat has the most perfectly lovely fur."
"Wow, what a perfect body on that babe!" (Please oh please, none of these.)
"Perfect lips/eyes/legs etc"
"Perfect light/focus/color etc"

I like this sort of group because Flickr is so vast that I often miss really amazing work by really talented people. Finding ways to pool them together gets me my daily dose of eye candy that I can\'t live without. To me, groups like this (Stunning! Wow! or the topf group, for example) are not contests, they are less about tooting your own horn, they are not about the numbers, they are ways to pool together images that others find compelling. I might not always agree, but in these groups I find gems of tastiness and am inspired to go further with my own photography every day.

So ENJOY! No trolling for "votes" or adding the right words to your buddies\' shots to get them in the Right Pool. Enjoy, browse, contribute, and spread the word. Strive for perfection.
