About The People Speak

The People Speak is a community of young people who are passionate about global issues. Here, you can exchange ideas and perspectives with young people around the world who share your interest in issues relating to America and the world, and learn more about ways you can make a difference.

Since the campaign began in 2003, there have been more than 20,000 TPS discussions and online activities reaching young people in all 50 states and more than 50 countries.

The TPS website provides lots of ways for you to make your voice heard and to interact with other people who share your passion for global issues. Check out the TPS blog for daily posts on current events, stories about what student activists are doing around the world, and ideas to help you take action. You can tell your story or express your opinion in the TPS forum or send in a podcast, video or photo about what matters to you. You can also plan an event in your school or community.
