11 Jan 08 - We're up to 27 members now, and our pool is 402 photos strong. Thanks to everyone who is still upholding The Pact, I've been quiet for a while but hopefully I'm back Pact-ing. As Greg said before, "we're seeing amazing work from people, so keep on taking your camera with you, and keep on taking those shots you might otherwise pass up."

When you upload that fantastic shot to the group pool, make sure you tag it with "The Pact" or "take the camera, take the picture" (or both!).

About The Pact: take the camera, take the picture

Have you ever been out driving/walking and thought "that would make a good photo" but then just carried on? Maybe you didn't have your camera with you. Maybe you were in a hurry. Maybe you just couldn't be bothered.

The Pact is an agreement between us to take our cameras out when we go and to take the time to get the shots that we would otherwise pass by.

Only post photos to this group that you would not have taken if there was no pact.

The original pact was an agreement between two flickr members, greg.turner and sunface13, the genesis of which can be found within the comments of this photo.
