About The Music Matters Project

The Music Matters Project is a not for profit music photography project created by Gregory Taylor, a professional music photographer from Tempe, AZ. The Music Matters Project is meant to be a great visual illustration of the power of music photography. A call for submission is in place asking photographers (professional and amateur) to submit their best music and concert photography.
All proceeds of the 2010 The Music Matters Project will benefit Sweet Relief Musicians Fund, a registered 501(c)3 in California. Sweet Relief Musicians Fund provides financial assistance to all types of career musicians who are struggling to make ends meet while facing illness, disability, or age-related problems.
The juried submissions will be compiled and printed as a hard bound book entitled, “The Music Matters Vol. One”. This amazing compilation of music photography will be available for purchase in Novemeber 2010.

Submit your photos here for consideration for The Music Matters Project 2010. We NEED everyone's help!
