Cupcake competition – it's been baked!

Our cupcake competition ran during March 2009. The winning cupcake, created by the talented acupcakery, will feature in Episode 3 of animated web series The Lost Book.

Congratulations also go to our runner-up LittleMissCupcakeParis. Thanks to everyone who entered and to Crumbs and Doilies, our guest judges.

The Lost Book web series follows the adventures of investigative journalist Aileen Adler and her dog Watson. Visit www.thelostbook.net to find out more and get involved! The Lost Book is part of the UK’s largest reading campaign. It's all about encouraging people to get into stories and you can get involved in all sorts of ways: helping to make up stories (that then get made into animation, with specially-composed music played by the Scottish Chamber Orchestra), voting on other people's ideas, entering the microstory competition, 'BookCrossing' (free books being left in public places), reading books, or just watching the animation.
