Calderdale's Biggest Festival for Children and Young People!

The July Project, sponsored by the Halifax, returns once again this summer for its third year. From Wednesday 1-Sunday 12 July 2009, the now well-known festival, will thrill, entertain and, most importantly, involve young people age five to nineteen at venues across the region.

Organised by Square Chapel, Eureka! The National Children’s Museum and Calderdale Council, The July Project was first launched in 2007. Now in its third season, organisers are looking forward to building on last year’s success by engaging more than 11,000 young people through a range of events, from live music to artistic workshops, cycling to countryside.
