About Scotland - The Home of Golf

Scotland is generally accepted as the Home of Golf, as history records that the oldest surviving golf club is situated in Musselburgh, and we also have hosted the Royal & Ancient Golf Club at St. Andrews since its inception in 1754.

This is a group for the lovers of golf and photography. Or photographers who like golf courses! Please post photographs only of golf courses or their surrounds from Scotland. As courtesy please add a note of which course (and hole if appropriate) your picture shows off. Pictures of golfers are welcome if they are in the shot, but are not the subject of the shot.

Please feel free to join and view the photographs regularly, and comment on any you like.
