11 Jan 11 - This group is for any images taken at Woodwalton Fen, Holme Fen, Ramsey Heights Countryside Centre, and images taken within the Great Fen area (see www.greatfen.org.uk). Any subject matter is welcome: flora, fauna, activity days, but please be aware that this is a family group, and please ensure you have the permission of parents/ guardians of children and young people before uploading photos of any under 18’s. Thank you.

About Great Fen

The Great Fen - one of the most exciting habitat restoration projects ever undertaken in Britain - will create a 3,700 hectare wetland between Huntingdon and Peterborough.

This will be achieved by obtaining land adjacent to two existing National Nature Reserves, Holme Fen and Woodwalton Fen. Connecting these two vitally important nature reserves will provide a haven for wildlife and create a massive green space for people, opening new opportunities for recreation, education and business.

The Great Fen is one of the locations involved in 2020Vision, a multimedia project that communicates the link between people's well being and the restoration of natural systems. Working with 20 top professional wildlife photographers, the project aims to collate a collection of compelling wildlife images to inspire and inform a massive audience.
