About the Group
We're a small group who set ourselves thematic challenges and occasionally venture out on field trips. Our aim is to encourage each other and use the challenges to improve our photography and perhaps step outside our photographic comfort zones. We also don't say no to a bit of fun.

How members join in the fun
Tagging
Simply make sure your photos have the right tag for the right challenge or field trip (see the individual posts). You don't need to add them to the group pool.
Finding and commenting
Links in the challenge and field trip posts allow you to find the relevant photos. Alternatively search on the relevant tag for everyone's photos or for one person's - in one place. Lots of lovely constructive comments can then be added. (You can easily see what other comments were added later by going to Comments you've made.)
The 'discuss' tag
Add the tag discuss to a photo you wish to discuss when we meet to review the photos in question.

Easy ways of linking to photo pages in discussion posts:
For a text link just copy and paste the page's URL. Flickr assumes you want a link and converts to HTML. You can go back and edit the displayed text if you want. The format will be:
<a href="THE ACTUAL URL">TEXT YOU WANT DISPLAYED</a>
For a picture link in discussion posts, on your photo's page click "All sizes". Choose the size required (Thumb or Small probably) and copy HTML version 2 at the foot of the page. Paste this HTML into the post and you're away.
