05 Aug 07 - Well, at long last, and after 16 months work, the Everyday Beautiful short films project HAS hit DVD. Nick and I (moderators) have had the launch party July 20th, in Brisbane, Australia. About The Everyday Beautiful

There are many ordinary things in everyday life which are beautiful, especially if you look at them differently. this groups is dedicated to photos anywhere, anytime, any angle but capturing beauty.

> no photoshopping
> colour and brightness/contrast development allowed
> [UPDATE] can feature people but not as main focus.
> [UPDATE] only post around 5 of the same type of shot

find something mundane, normal, common, everday,
then find a new angle on it, find some beauty

(its not always possible)

take a picture.

post it here. or just look at everyone elses.

(Also -Zeromouse and I (jnxyz) would like to use the group's images in a pre-show slideshow when we launch our 'everday beautiful' film project, if people are cool with that.)
