Droog (from the Russion for drug, друг) is a word for friend in Nadsat, a constructed slang dialect of English with Russian influence invented by Anthony Burgess.
This group is a place for pictures of people dressed as, or inspired by, the Droogs from Stanley Kubrick's production of A Clockwork Orange.
