Ok because unlike most groups where you post up your pics and people tell you how brilliant an artist you are, here it is quite simple. You post up a pic in B&W/Sepia tone and we all silently debate amongst ourselves the merrits of your shots and if we are so inclined to tell you what we think we will.

All I ask is that you give critique with a bit more thought then say "nice shot" or "its crap" and that you also take being critizised with a level head. Don't be nasty for nasty sake and don't sugar coat your critique to make someone feel good about themselves. Just be honest.

If you have suggestions or info to links regarding B&W photography or pehaps you have seen someones work that you think it just mind blowing. Post it up. This is an easy going group so don't take it too seriously. Just relax and enjoy.
