About The Backcountry

The purpose of this group is simply to share images and discussions of your experiences in national parks, state parks, state forests, wilderness areas, etc., at home or abroad.

You lugged your camera gear all the way down the trail...show off your captures here!

Though it's not required, please take the time to geotag your photos.

HDRs are ok, as long as you can't tell they're HDRs. Excessively over-processed images will be dropped from the pool.
