About The Artful Photographer (Quality Comment Group)
Every photographer likes to read long, meaningful comments about his pictures, especially the ones he's put so much effort in. It's just good to feel appreciated and to have fellows artists point out possible flaws in our work.
So this group is based on a "debit-and-credit" sort of principle: if you like to receive, be ready to give out.
So this group is for:
- people who fully appreciate the value of Photography as a form of art.
- people who are ready to help others grow and to grow with them.
- people who look for a group of qualified photographers to exchange ideas with!
And it is NOT for:
- one-word commenters. We don't need to know if you think our picture is nice. We want to know why.
- timewasters. Be ready to follow the rules - rules are necessary to keep a group working, so don't hold it against me if you will be banned in case of rule-breaking.
Last but not least... have FUN!
To guarantee the full functioning of this group, it is absolutely necessary that the Member follows these few but fundamental rules.
1) Post your picture in the pool ONLY when you are sure you have time to leave a meaningful comment for each of the 3 previous pictures. Failure to do so will cause banning from the group, which is never nice!
(Examples of comments that won't be accepted as meaningful and therefore will not be considered as comments: "wow", "great job", "cool", "very nice"...)

2) Be respectful, be humble: nobody is perfect! And also, be ready to accept justified and polite criticism, for the exact same reason! :)
3) Before you add another pic, be sure that three other users have submitted pics!
