Artistic is defined as showing taste, skill, and imagination. The phrase "mind's eye" refers to one's ability to "see" things with the mind. However when you combine the two, they represent using instinctive creativity to take an image as the eye captured it and transform it into a work of imagination.
Do you take an image and then... add (v) to give something a particular quality or more of a particular quality.
borders * brushes * layers * textures
modify (v) to make a change or alteration to something.
black & white * color accent * cross processing * manipulation * post processing *sepia
create (v) to use imagination to invent things or produce works of art.
diptychs * story boards
simulate (v) to reproduce an essential feature or features of something.
depth of field * lomo * orton * ttv * vintage...then this is the home for you!
Please only submit photos to the Group Pool that you have taken and manipulated/modified. We request that photographers only submit five (5) photos per day.
Please note that all images which are submitted to the Group Pool will go into a queue for review before they're posted. If a Moderator or Admininstrator deems that an image does not meet the Group standards, the image in question may be denied access to the Group Pool.
