About Remembering "The Block"

2008 may go down as the year Lexington's cultural landscape was forever changed. It goes without saying that the heart of downtown Lexington's nightlife as we know it is threatened by speculation and controversy. Regardless of what the future holds, this photo group intends to capture the good times and the memories collectively documented within "The Block" and the businesses contained within it, past and present (Busters, The Dame, Mia's, Mad Hatter, Triple Crown, etc.).

(Please note: For the sake of maintaining quality over quantity, please refrain from posting multiple photos of the same show or event. For example, try not to post 20 images of the same band performing at The Dame - pick out the ones you feel best capture the moment and move along. Thanks!)
