Yet not exactly another...
"let's get the *best* pictures of the *best* people together" kind of group. ;-)

It is more about pictures triggering emotions. Sometime a picture has the particular effect to provoque at first sight, a specific comment:

. . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . "THANK YOU..."
Like in :
Thank you for this picture. Thank you to share it. Thank you for what I feel looking at it... ... could be writing the flickr fellows commenting your picture ...

Those pictures have maybe something special in commun...
something unique, something we could figure out and share here.

Note : When you say "thank you for a comment made" or "thank you for passing by" on your own picture is not the same thing ! Read again ;-)...
