About TechnoprimitveThis group is for art and technology with a technoprimitive feel, with an emphasis on the neotribal aesthetic. Technoprimitve is tribalesque art work that uses modern materials and ancient (pre-iron age) techniques or ancient materials and modern techniques. Think steampunk but without the steam engine, primitivism without the 19th century trappings of the "noble savage", or cyberpunk with a tribal edge or tribal with a cyberpunk edge. |
