Hi - the borders I used today were free from a magazine I get, Digital Photo. However, the trick to making your own is fairly easy. You put a black shape on its own layer then use custom brushes to erase the hard edges. In Photoshop, open Windows>Brushes to customize shape dynamics, scatter and flow for brushes. Endless possibilities!
